LASER
SCANNING CONFOCAL MICROSCOPE The Zeiss LSM 510 META Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope system has a wealth of general functions for confocal image acquisition and analysis. In addition, the system is equipped with a heated stage for live analysis. Some of the features of this system include the following: •Colocalization of fluorescently-tagged components. •Fluorescence Intensity Measurements of any given region of interest or profile. •Z-Sectioning of biospecimens for Orthogonal analysis and generation of Projections. •Time Lapse image acquisition of live samples. •Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) analysis of protein-protein interaction. •Emission Fingerprinting for separation of overlapping emission spectra.
